There are no additional fees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Materials are provided free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Students receive materials tailored to the following levels: A0-A1, A1+, A2, A2+, B1, B1+, B2, C1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong> Payment for the course can be made via bank transfer or IDEAL. The account number and payment details are always provided on the invoice for the course or lesson payment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong> The course can start with a minimum number of participants, at least 4 people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong> Classes are held in groups of up to 10 participants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.<\/strong> The full course fee will be refunded to students if the course does not take place and they do not agree to reschedule to another date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. <\/strong>Students may be offered an alternative course date if their chosen one is not available. The student must personally agree to participate in the course on the new date, which is done via email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. By signing up on the website, providing their details, and accepting the terms and conditions, the participant agrees to receive an invoice for the course and commits to attending the course.z<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. <\/strong>It is possible to split the payment into two installments, subject to prior agreement with the course organizer (this applies only to individual or paired lessons).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11.<\/strong> In case of unforeseen circumstances, the lesson may be canceled by the teacher. In such cases, the lesson will be rescheduled, typically for one week later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12. If a student does not attend the course or misses lessons after receiving the invoice (this applies to individual lessons, paired lessons, and 3-person group lessons), no refund will be issued for the missed lessons, even due to unforeseen circumstances.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13.<\/strong> The language school Anita Nederlands voor iedereen is closed during the teacher&#8217;s vacation period (students will be informed about the vacation dates in the current year) and on official public holidays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14.<\/strong> Upon completion of the course, each participant will receive a certificate of completion. To receive the certificate, attendance at a minimum of 7 out of 10 lessons and completion of the final level test are required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15.<\/strong> For individual lessons, paired lessons, and 3-person groups with monthly payments, if the teacher cancels the lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, the fee for the missed lesson will be refunded. In the case of student absence, no refund will be provided, as by paying for the month in advance, the teacher reserves specific dates and times for the student(s), which is equivalent to reserving a spot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>16.<\/strong> Students are not allowed to reschedule lessons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>17.<\/strong> If a student is unable to attend a lesson, they can take the lesson via Skype or receive materials to study or review materials for practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>18. Upon receiving the invoice for lessons or courses, students are obligated to make the payment by the due date specified on the invoice. Failure to comply may result in the initiation of debt collection procedures, which may incur additional costs for the participants of the lessons and courses.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>19. The participant cannot expect a refund for the course they selected if the group has formed and the course organizer has confirmed that the course will take place on the specified date.z z<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>20. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Individual lessons, paired lessons, and lessons for 3 people \u2013 payment is required in advance for the month as a reservation of the spot. It is not possible to pay for individual hours.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Group courses \u2013 payment for the entire course is required in advance, or alternatively, payment in 2 installments (subject to agreement with the course organizer). By signing up for the course on the website and accepting the school&#8217;s terms and conditions, participants commit to making the payment. Failure to comply may result in the initiation of debt collection procedures and the imposition of additional costs on the course participant.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>21. Cancellation of Lessons\/Courses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>a)<\/strong> <strong>In the case of individual lessons, paired lessons, or 3-person group lessons:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uczestnicy mog\u0105 zastopowa\u0107 zaj\u0119cia informuj\u0105c organizatora zaj\u0119\u0107 \/ nauczyciela o ch\u0119ci rezygnacji czyni\u0105c to do 20-stego bie\u017c\u0105cego miesi\u0105ca co jest jednoznaczne z przerwaniem zaj\u0119\u0107 od przysz\u0142ego miesi\u0105ca. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a student cancels after receiving the invoice for the next month, they are still obligated to pay for that month, even if they cannot continue their studies. This is because sending the invoice for the upcoming month is equivalent to reserving the student&#8217;s spot for the upcoming month. For example, if a student wishes to cancel lessons in July, they must inform the teacher by June 20th of their intention to cancel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>b)<\/strong> <strong> Group courses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8211; Payment by bank transfer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants commit to attending the course by signing up on the school&#8217;s website and completing the form. Within a maximum of 14 days from signing up, they will be informed via email whether there are enough participants to start the course. If so, an invoice for the course will be sent, and payment must be made within 2 to 14 days to the school&#8217;s account provided on the invoice (the due date depends on the course start date).
